Yes. The mattress ships compressed and roll-packed in a single carton — far easier to manoeuvre than a flat mattress. We recommend a two-person lift to carry the box to the room before unrolling.

Medium-firm. It suits side, back and combination sleepers. It's the same balance we run across our hospitality rooms — supportive without being hard.

Place the rolled mattress on your base, cut the outer wrap, and unroll. It expands within a few hours; allow 24–72 hours to reach full loft. A faint new-foam smell is normal and dissipates with airflow.

A slatted base with gaps ≤ 7cm, or a solid platform. An unsupported or sagging base can void the warranty.

We route trial returns to a registered recycler in your state — Soft Landing in NSW/VIC/ACT/WA, or Mattress Recyclers Australia / Tic Group in QLD. We don't send returns to landfill.
