Consumer warranty
- 10-year limited structural warranty on the spring unit and structural foams against manufacturing faults and excessive sagging beyond agreed tolerances.
- 2-year warranty on the cover and zip.
- Pro-rata from year six — full remedy in years 1–5; a pro-rated contribution from year 6 onward.
- Backed directly by Paradise Supply Co. Pty Ltd — not a third-party insurer.
Commercial warranty
Trade and hospitality accounts receive a 7-year structural and 5-year cover warranty, pro-rata from year four. See the operators page.
What's required to stay covered
- Use the mattress on a suitable, supportive base (slats ≤ 7cm apart, or a solid platform).
- Use a protector — staining and soiling void the warranty for hygiene reasons.
- Keep proof of purchase.
What's not covered
Comfort preference (that's what the 90-night trial is for), normal softening of comfort layers, damage from misuse, an unsupported base, or removal of the law label. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
